1. Commitment #
underscore.icu is committed to making the Vaultify site and service accessible, in line with the French RGAA version 4.1 reference framework and with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
2. Conformance status #
The public site is in partial conformance with RGAA 4.1: 83% of applicable criteria are met, according to an internal audit carried out on 12 August 2026 across every public page, in French and in English.
One criterion remains non-conformant and nine could not be verified in that setting. The customer workspace and the app embedded in the Shopify admin, which rely on third-party interfaces, were not assessed. Full audit details are available on request.
3. Reporting a problem #
If you cannot reach some content or feature, write to stating the page concerned and the difficulty you met. We will reply and, if needed, provide the information by another means.
