The full picture of data flows — including those that necessarily pass through Shopify's infrastructure (Ireland for the European contracting entity, Canada for the group) — is set out in the privacy policy.
3. Intellectual property #
The Vaultify name, the logo, the visual identity, the texts, the interface, the documentation and the platform's source code are the exclusive property of the publisher or licensed to it. They are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
A subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service, for the duration of the subscription and within the limits set by the terms. It transfers no ownership.
Your data belongs to you. Backups made on your behalf remain your property; we acquire no rights over their content and put them to no use of our own.
4. Third-party trademarks #
Shopify is a registered trademark of Shopify Inc. Vaultify is an independent application built for the Shopify platform: it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shopify Inc. References to Shopify serve only to describe how the service interoperates with it.
All other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
5. Personal data and cookies #
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, and the use of trackers in the cookie policy. Business customers will find the processing agreement on the Data processing (DPA) page.
6. Reporting content #
